3. To qualify, participants agree to send us their experience since making their previously purchased product part of their daily health routine and have been actively using it for at least 15 days or more.
Instructions to follow to claim your FREE bottle:
1. Open your internet browser and insert into the URL section the link we have provided on the sticker of the product. You can only get this URL link on the product sticker.
2. It is important to select the correct product you have purchased as this will allow us to search our database for your information. Please insert your Full Name and Email Address.
3. As per the T&C, you will find that if you are to early you will see the message (Too soon) meaning that you have not used the product for 15 days or more since your first purchase.
4. If you see the message (Email Not Found), please try again or contact us at support@dna-shift.com
5. If you see the message (Our records indicate that you already claimed your free product before), and you know that this is your first time, please contact us at support@dna-shift.com
6. You will automatically receive a confirmation email from DNA-Shift Rewards Team, please access your email inbox to confirm that this is your email address. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check the SPAM folder as some service providers will put it in there. To prevent this from happening in the future, please add support@dna-shift.com to your contact list.
7. Once you go back to your internet browser, please complete the following steps:
- How long have you been using your product? (Select a option)
- How was your experience since making our product part of your daily health routine? (Rate product and share your experience)
8. Please confirm that your address we have on file is correct. If is has changed, please update your information.
9. Complete your application form and we will handle it from there. Our Team will then confirm the information provided and process your FREE bottle if all the Terms and conditions for the offer were met. If not, you will be notified accordingly.
