After further investigation the most common causes for the coupon code to not redeem successfully were found to be one of the following:
1.) Each coupon code has been generated as an exclusive type coupon code, which means that you will not be able to use/redeem more than one coupon at a time. Customers trying to redeem multiple coupon codes for a product would only be allowed to redeem one.
2.) All coupon codes setup are in capital letters making it easier and to avoid using lower case letters.
3.) A confusion created between a 0 (zero) and an O (Alphabetical symbol).
4.) When re-ordering, please make certain you are using the coupon code provided for the correct product (similar to the one you have previously ordered).
